We will perform infrastructure optimizations to our production system on Saturday, July 18, starting at 9 AM EDT/1 PM UTC for a time period.
This maintenance is for update version for out EKS (Simplified Kubernetes Management) also structural update to our data systems to improve efficiency and support future scaling. While we do not expect any downtime, there could be a brief disruption or slowness in our systems.
What to Expect During the Window - The system will remain online throughout - Device data will continue to be collected, stored, and processed
You may experience slight delays in operations during this time
